best motivation if you guys really dont have any motivation at all – sounds stupid but it works – think of a girl, think of girls in general. if you cant do that, simply d@te girls in the web – think of dating them, think of getting int their panties maybe. you want to IMPRESS them – this gets you enough testosterone to do your bodybuilding.

Well, I’m probably about twice your age. When I was your age, like you, I worked out almost every day. I managed to transform my body, that was predisposed to be forever skinny, into a fairly decent body of muscle. But it gets so much harder as you get older. Watching someone like you is the best motivation in the world!

@StevenSWM hey steve, thanks for keeping in touch man! i love biking, i ride uphill with around 10-15 kilos in my backpack. Its an effective way to keep working my legs hard when i cant make it to gyms. Im gonna get back in the gym soon and try a few new things and combine them with the calisthenics and see what i can do! training going well?
