My second QUART of tea today was decaf. And man I felt like I was going to fall asleep by about 3:00pm. I like feeling hyper and jittery and I pretty much drink tea all day.
And if the only risk of it is teeth yellowing…I’m gonna keep drinking more! seriously who cares about slight staining? brush your teeth everyday and they will stay white.
Teeth staining doesn’t bother me…I brush my teeth 3x a day. I’m in it for the benefits, and the caffeine is lower than coffee, and Tea has L-Theanine which reduces the harmful effects of Caffiene.
you look so healthy and beautiful. it would be cool to have a wife who’s a dietitian.
Tea has fluoride in it, so I’d think that the negative effect on your teeth that she mentions here is actually fluorosis.
How about White Tea?
if you drink it through a straw it wont touch your teeth. thanks for the vid i take it you like a cup the same as me
