yeah you still wnat to follow the nutrition guide, until you do that you will never get the best results. there are different eating levels that you can eat to get the body that you want. just go ahead an to the level II or III to get more mass
okay if you are still answering question, what about skinny people. Do i have to follow a strict diet as this or can i just stay away from fatty foods(im trying to get abs by using ab ripper x, but i pretty much get my upper body work by going to the gym) but im not sure what kind of nutrition i need to follow in order to get ab results
Yea, I am about to start p90x in a few weeks and the nutrition will be my largest obstacle. Klimatik would you suggest dumbells or resistance bands? I am going for a more toned look. I worked out most of my life but when I went to college I got lazy and I stopped, but now I am concerned about living a healthier lifestyle.

hey man i dont know if you are still answering comments form this page. but a few friends of mine and myslef are all thinking about doing p90x together, but two of us, myself included, are really concerned about getting the portions right and spacing out the meals. i was thinking about starting the nutrition plan a week before i started the workout, so i can adjust, and then i would just repeat the first week while working out, is this a good idea? i really want to get this right… thanks
yeah I am still eating the same things, I will just change up the whole menu that is all, not really many tweeks, I have posted my other menus on here too
crusader has a good point and while i know that he is right in every aspect of the program, I rarely ever get 8 hours of sleep, but I do make sure that I eat 5 times a day (smaller meals) and I dont eat after 8 no matter what,
Need to eat 3 time’s a day…..important….and the sleep you need 8 hours of sleep per night…..quality sleep is from 10 P.M to about 8 A.M
you need 8 hours of sleep within those hours…..that’s quality sleep.
i had a question… will sleeping late and waking up late bring any bad effect on my p90 workout and nutrition?? because i usually wake up late but still work out on the p90 x and i havent been eating 3 times a day!

What do you do for pull ups when you travel?
I myself like the dumbells, but when I travel I do use the bands, they are a great substitute and you still get a pump.

Yes the 8 meals a day is a good way to lose weight quicker, It speeds up metabolism,
also, not every one need’s 8 hours it’s just suggested amount. you should get no less than 6. if avoidable.
