Is it ok to take a muli-vitamin with breakfast and then an antioxidant pill with lunch?

Is that too much? Will it affect me? Both the vitamin and the antioxidant pill have a good amount of vitamin A,C, and E.

you be fine, if anything, youll have more energy and have a hard time going to sleep.

When you body has an excess of viatmins it just flushes them out.

As long as your vitamin is a ” complete multi vitamin ” , you don’t need any other vitamin .

And you’re here to know from all the non-doctors? (I would welcome any doc but I’m afraid anyone would ever come to answer! Only some over-smart med-student may answer!)

Yes you can. Don’t worry about the vitamin contents of the tablets. I would say however to only take them either 5 days a week or take them on alternative days (so say monday antioxidant, tuesday multivitamin etc…). Vitamin C is water-soluble and therefore any that you don’t need your body will just excrete in the urine, however vitamin A and E are fat-soluble and are stored in the liver. You cannot overdose on vitamins however much people I have seen try so don’t worry.
