wow im so happy for you. im 5’7′ at my heaviest 161 lbs and i have pretty much same story, i didn’t notice it either until my weight was really high up there. right now im working out 4-5 times a week and checking what im eating. my goal is 130, im at 145 right now. your video really helped me with my motivation….i know my goal weight is possible.
