so there is no CURE, no pill, no magic will help. Just eat right, take your daily multivitamins and exercise at a high intensity for at least 5 days a week for at least 45 min.

the best way to produce these antioxidants naturally is through exercise. Exercising is the key to living a longer healthier life. Free radicals are from unpaired oxygen molecules which occurs during the metabolic process (where our body converts ATP to energy–you need oxygen for this)These free radicals or unpaired oxygen molecules make us age (like oxidation on metal turning to rust overtime). By exercising the body produces more antioxidants to curb this reaction. Kinesiology major.

Acai Berry BS. Other online marketers are touting Acai Berries as MUSCLE BUILDING supplements. Need proof, logon to myspace or facebook. Chances are, an ad will show up in your browser. Click it, then read the small print. You’ll see.

Why do you think people who eat lots of fruits and vegetables live longer than people who don’t or don’t eat enough. Fruits and veggies contain lots of antioxidants. Its not something monavie made up, its fact and studies show. Better yet, just go ask your family doctor about antioxidants.

Yes, but taking into account there are trillions of them in the body, they would have some negative reaction. But this video is a bit over dramatic.

COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! IF THIS WAS SO GREAT YOU WOULD BE HEARING ABOUT IT EVERYWHERE, NOT ON YOUTUBE. NO OFFENSE YOUTUBE. None taken.

look all of this is bullshit

everybody that watched this vid and agreed forgot that the original molecules that were bonded together by an electron and split up still contain the electron.

A free radical can exist but it will hardly cause a chain reaction. The time they exist is only the minutest of time in which they are normaly pacified by the body before anything bad happends.

They hardly go on a feeding frenzy on your cells, destroying all in sight

ORAC is not even the standard in the industry. Check out the CAPe test by NIS labs.
