Plus, nutritionists are all stupid anyways. Even doctors are stupid. Even doctors are only trained to do what they do. They know nothing of science. (In my research lab again, sighing at American stupidity)

@BurntToast422 Absolutely. The whole antioxidants is way over-stressed anyways. Antioxidants stop oxidation reaction which is actually NECESSARY for life. Overdose will only cause body to counter it. The only reason why you would ever lack antioxidants is if you only eat meat and carbos with no veggies at all. Ultimately, it’s just balance. Stupid Americans spending millions on antioxidants.

Pretty much all fruits and vegetables have their own health benefits. The ones that are “more” beneficial are the ones pushed by to pay their own scientists to do biased studies. Don’t bother wasting your money on these ridiculously overpriced fruits, since most of the money is just going into their advertising and scientific “research.”

What’s better than food based antioxidents? An antioxident catalyst that turns on production of your own antioxident enzymes inside your cells! Watch my video from ABC’s Primetime. Then watch my exclusive video of nationally renowned neurologist, Dr. David Perlmutter, and my exclusive video of Montel Williams. This is bigger than big and it’s just getting starting NOW!

high insulin levels is the root of most diseases but it seems like you not aware of this yet so why dont you do a little basic research before you open your mouth and call someone else an idiot when in reality you are the real ignorant idiot. she mentioned many fruits and even potatoes which are near 100 in the GI Index which you probably dont even know about either and which people shouldnt eat much of if they want to keep healthy insulin sensitivity.

that faulse.. MANY other foods got more antioxidants than strawberries and potatoes, and even blueberries..

Example: Astaxin (gets it from krill and “alger”- in norwegiaN)

Acai berries, from the amazonas, has proven to have twice as much antioxidants than blueberries, Granat-apple… and so much more.. This would maybe be the “top most eaten antioxidant food”

cuz of carbs? idiot.. carbs raise insulin

Reply

dbloodline March 17, 2010 at 9:37 AM

she forgot to mention to watch out with the insulin raise some of those foods could cause making the antioxidants useless. fruits are not healthy for everbody.

I think you are right. When the USDA conducted their tests, they may have included the most popular fruits and veggies .. thus, black currants are probably a super fruit as well. The way I look at it, the more fruits and veggies we all eat, the better!
Thanks for your comment.
