How can I Get Taller? If this is a question that you are asking yourself, you might be interested in exercises that make you grow taller? By practicing good posture and doing spine lengthening exercises, I am amazed at the height that I have added to my body.

Before you start thinking about actually growing taller, you must first correct your body posture which is very important. Once coupled with proper height increasing exercises, you will find that your body can actually still grow longer through the lengthening of your spine and, to a smaller extent, lengthening the bones in your legs, even after the stage of puberty.

1. Exercises That Make You Grow Taller – Bowing Down

This exercise can stretch the muscles in your upper back and effectively improve your posture and lengthens your back. It is a relatively simple exercise whereby you start by either standing or sitting down on a chair if you wish. Then, slowly lower down your chin and try to touch it to your chests. Slowly take 3 deep breaths before raising your head up. This counts as 1 rep and you can choose to repeat up to as many times as you want, typically 20 times.

2. The Ear to Shoulder Movement

This is another exercise that stretches your upper back and improves your posture. You will start off the exercise by sitting down. Roll your right ear towards your right shoulder and take a deep breath as you do so. Inhale again slowly before slowly rolling your chin towards your chest, exhaling slowly in the process.

Inhale once your chin has reached your chest and slowly exhale again while rolling your left ear to your left shoulder. Repeat the last breath to roll your chin back to your chest again. Always maintain a slow movement to reap maximum benefits from this exercise.
